We register during May 2012 with registration number 2012/091126/07 as a Private Company after doing business as a Trading As entity for a few years. Our Accountant is experienced and offer more than thirty years of experience in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting Services and Tax Consultation. He held positions such as Administrative Manager, Management Accountant and Financial Accountant at Stellenbosch Farmers’ Wineries and Distell. We offer a wide range of financial and tax services to both individuals and small to medium sized businesses. Whether your company is big or small, we ensure you receive a tailored solution perfect for your business. We make use of the latest technology to ensure streamlined and relevant operation. Bookkeeping Services is the backbone in any entity. The main purpose is to track all the transactions and then give you a set of financial statements that show your financial position at a given moment. We have a qualified Tax Technician registered at South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT), who is able to assist with personal taxation such as income tax and tax claims for companies, trusts, etc. He is allowed by the Tax Administration Act to perform duties of calculating, submitting and acting as your representative at SARS regarding any matter related to your Tax Services and Affairs, We will manage your different types of tax exposure through-out the year. We’ll ensure effective management – submission of the relevant tax returns for provisional tax, income tax and any dividend taxes as well as compile and submit your company’s Annual Financial Statements. We’ll ensure that you always operate on the most tax effective structure applicable to your industry and nature of business. We can also help manage outstanding tax while minimizing penalties fees.

Payroll Services

We can provide a full payroll service – we’ll process your monthly payroll, issue salary slips, provide monthend reports.Submit monthly PAYE, UIF payments to SARS on required EMP201 returns.Will ensure bi-annual reconciliations EMP501 to SARS and issue IRP5 certificates.
